At Hive To Home Honey, we want every jar to bring you pure delight. If something’s not right with your honey, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how our refund process works:
1. Quality Issues
- What Qualifies: If your honey arrives damaged, leaking, or doesn’t meet our hive-high standards (e.g., wrong flavor or quality), we’ll make it right.
- Timeframe: Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- How to Request: Email us at info@hivetohomehoney.store with your order number and a quick note or photo of the issue.
- Resolution: We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method—your choice. We’ll cover return shipping if it’s our fault.
2. Change of Mind
- What Qualifies: If you simply decide our honey isn’t your buzz, we’ll accept unopened, unused jars in their original condition.
- Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and return it within 14 days.
- How to Request: Reach out to info@hivetohomehoney.store with your order number. You’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Resolution: Once we receive it back, we’ll refund your purchase price (minus shipping fees) within 14 days.
3. How Returns Work
- Step 1: Contact us first—we’ll give you instructions.
- Step 2: Ship it back to:

4. Non-Refundable Cases
- We can’t refund honey that’s been opened (beyond tasting) or damaged after delivery due to mishandling. Perishable goods like honey also can’t be returned past the 7-day window unless it’s a quality issue.
