By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms—so please read them carefully, like you’d savor a spoonful of our finest honey.

1. Using Our Website

  • Access: You’re welcome to browse, shop, and enjoy our site for personal use. Don’t misuse it—no hacking, scraping, or buzzing around where you shouldn’t.
  • Accuracy: We work hard to keep product details, prices, and availability spot-on, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if something’s off (we’ll let you know if that happens).

2. Ordering Honey

  • Placing Orders: When you order, you’re offering to buy our honey under these Terms. We’ll confirm acceptance with an email—until then, it’s not a done deal.
  • Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and taxes (added at checkout). We can change prices anytime, but your order locks in the rate you see when you buy.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. You promise your payment info is legit.
  • Shipping: We’ll ship to the address you provide—check it twice! Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees (bees don’t control the mail, sadly).

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Quality Promise: If your honey arrives damaged or isn’t up to snuff, let us know within 7 days at info@hivetohomehoney.store. We’ll replace it or refund you, no fuss.
  • Change of Mind: Since honey’s perishable, we don’t accept returns just because you’re not feeling the buzz—unless it’s unopened and within 7 days. Shipping’s on you.
  • Process: Contact us first. Refunds hit your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Info: Give us accurate details—name, address, etc. Wrong info might mean your honey ends up in someone else’s pantry.
  • Use: Our honey’s for eating, gifting, or enjoying—not reselling or misusing. Don’t claim it’s yours to sell under another label.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ours: The Hive To Home Honey name, logo, and site content are ours—protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use them only with our written okay.
  • Yours: Post a review or photo? You give us permission to use it on our site or socials, royalty-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is: We promise great honey, but the site and products are “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages—like if your toast goes uneaten because shipping’s delayed.
  • Cap: If something goes wrong, our liability won’t exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

  • We can cut off your access if you break these Terms—like trying to steal our hive’s secrets. You can stop using the site anytime, no hard feelings.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms follow the laws of British Columbia (or your local equivalent). Disputes go to courts there—let’s hope it never comes to that.
